Participation in Evergreen Edventure activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

By attending any event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being and that of any minors in your care. Please use discretion when choosing which activities to join, and participate only to the level that feels safe and appropriate for your family.

 

Evergreen Edventure and its organizers - including any invited guests, speakers, facilitators, or volunteers - are not liable for accidents, injuries, lost or damaged belongings, or other incidents that may occur during group activities.

 

Unless otherwise stated, participants are responsible for any entry fees, transportation costs, or other expenses associated with attending group activities. Payment arrangements are made directly with the venue or service provider.

 

Families are also responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their children to property, venues, or materials during group events. We ask that all participants treat locations and supplies with respect to help maintain a welcoming environment for all.

 

We kindly ask that families stay home when experiencing symptoms of illness or contagious conditions, and make choices that help keep our community healthy and comfortable for all.

 

Transportation to and from events is the sole responsibility of each family. Evergreen Edventure does not arrange or supervise transportation and is not liable for any incidents that occur during travel.

 

Group photos may be taken at events. If you prefer that you or your child not appear in shared images, please notify the organizer before the event. We also ask that members be mindful and respectful when posting their own photos - please avoid sharing identifiable images of other children without the permission of their parent or guardian.

 

We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave an event if their behavior creates an unsafe or disruptive environment for others.

 

We encourage everyone to practice situational awareness, support one another, and model good judgment.
